At Salon Two our staff are professionally trained by London Academies and encouraged to further their development and experience through participating in nationwide competitions. This constant improvement is precisely what benefits our clients in the long term.

Salon Two first opened its doors at 12 Burton Road, in the summer of 1971. Its founder and owner, Richard Slight, spent many years working alongside some hugely talented hair designers, and building up a fantastic reputation, Salon Two quickly became a well established hair salon within Lincoln’s famous Cathedral quarter.

One of these hair designers was his son, Patrick Slight, who grew in tremendous character and skill and eventually took over the running of Salon Two. Patrick, passionate, ambitious and always energetically motivated, drove his dedicated team and it wasn’t long before he branched out and opened a 2nd salon at a popular residential shopping complex north of the city, known as Nettleham Fields.

Since then, both salons have thrived and flourished allowing both teams to grow and secure a place as one of the top hair salons in Lincoln. Over the years, another stylists creative potential was realised and it was in January 2003 that Patrick franchised a new branch to Jessica Turk, and Lincoln High Street Salon Two was born. Once again, with passion, drive and ambition, this salon has gone from strength to strength and maintains the position of Lincoln’s only High Street town centre salon.
